© 2026 Morville Studios. All rights reserved.
Morville Studios™ owns or controls the applicable rights in the original materials it publishes, to the fullest extent recognized by applicable law.
1. Materials covered
This policy covers Morville music and musical compositions, lyrics and other text, sound recordings, mixes and masters, music videos and audiovisual productions, artwork, photography, graphics, animation, characters, artist identities, game assets, software, source code, website content, databases, logos and other brand materials (collectively, “Morville Materials”). Displaying Morville Materials on this website does not transfer ownership or grant an implied license.
“Morville Studios,” the Morville Studios word mark, the MM device and associated names, marks and trade dress are claimed as trademarks or service marks of Morville Studios. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Limited permission to access and use designated downloads
You may access and view this website and stream embedded media for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. When an official Morville page expressly designates a file as a “Fan Download” and displays a personal-use license, Morville grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download that file and use it, unmodified, as a background on devices you personally control. This permission applies only to the specifically designated file and does not transfer ownership.
Fan Downloads may not be reuploaded, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, edited, stripped of credits or rights information, used in merchandise or promotion, or included in datasets or machine-learning systems. For synchronization, sampling, cover, performance, broadcast, game, advertising, dataset, model-training, press or other licensing, contact [email protected].
3. Uses requiring prior written permission
Except for the narrow personal-device permission expressly displayed with a designated Fan Download, or where an applicable copyright limitation or exception permits otherwise, you may not copy, download, reproduce, rip, scrape, archive, rehost, reupload, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, sample, remix, adapt, translate, synchronize, publicly perform, display, remove rights information from, create derivatives of or commercially exploit Morville Materials.
You may not use Morville Materials to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, benchmark or develop a machine-learning or generative-AI model, dataset or service; create digital replicas or confusingly similar artist identities; or imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without prior written permission.
4. Enforcement and platform removal
Morville reserves the right to document suspected misuse and pursue available remedies, which may include platform copyright or trademark complaints, removal requests, preservation notices, demands to cease use, license fees, damages, injunctive relief and recovery of costs where available. A notice on this site does not guarantee that any particular claim or remedy will be accepted; rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction and depend on the facts of each use.
5. Report infringement
Send suspected infringement to [email protected]. Include your name and contact details, the Morville work involved, the exact URL of the suspected misuse, a short explanation, relevant screenshots or records, and confirmation that the report is accurate. Only a rights owner or an authorized representative should submit a formal platform takedown request.
Morville respects legitimate quotation, criticism, review, reporting, parody and other limitations or exceptions that may apply under local law. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Rights information and evidence
Morville may embed ownership notices and identifiers in files, retain dated project files and production records, register eligible works where appropriate, and use platform rights-management tools. Removing or altering ownership, attribution or rights-management information is prohibited where applicable law provides.
