1. Who we are
This website is operated by Morville Studios (“Morville,” “we,” “us” or “our”), founded and authored by Adonis Lee Villamor. Morville is an independent studio producing music, games, audiovisual entertainment and original artist worlds through human-led creative work augmented by artificial intelligence. 2. Limited website license
Subject to these Terms, Morville gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access this website for personal and non-commercial viewing. This right does not include ownership of, or a license to reuse, any Morville Materials. The Rights & Licensing Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not interfere with the website, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, falsely imply affiliation with Morville, impersonate an artist or representative, use automated systems in a manner that burdens the service, extract the catalogue to create a competing service, or use Morville Materials in a way prohibited by our Rights & Licensing Policy.
4. Third-party services
The site may link to or embed YouTube and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently. Morville does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content or conduct. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.
5. AI and fictional artist disclosure
Morville may use AI-assisted tools in creating music, visuals, games, text, characters and artist identities. Some artist biographies, histories, personalities and visual representations are fictional creative works. They should not be understood as statements about real persons unless Morville expressly says otherwise.
6. Availability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Morville does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of any release. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morville will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from access to or inability to use this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict access, preserve evidence or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it.
9. Changes and severability
We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
